Each unique athlete loaded into your results during a billing cycle — one per bib. A runner who appears in two races in the same cycle still counts once per race's results load, so we recommend pushing final results once per race.
You're billed at your plan's per-runner rate (5¢ on Single RD and Pro), only for what you used, on your own 30-day billing cycle. Usage is shown in your dashboard — no surprises and no service interruption.
Your 30-day cycle starts the day you subscribe or upgrade, not a fixed calendar month. Included runners and any complimentary allowances reset at the start of each cycle.

Galleries, bib search, and downloads are free for athletes when you enable free downloads. If you turn on photo sales, you set your own prices and keep the revenue from your photo sales.
