We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your RACEPIXPRO photo purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are issued back to your original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe. To request one, contact us at brad@racereadypro.com.
What happens after a refund
When a refund is approved, download access for the refunded order is revoked immediately and any signed download links expire.
Race photo services
Timing companies and race directors arrange race photo services directly with ShaZam Racing. Questions about those arrangements go to brad@racereadypro.com.
Exceptions
Refunds are not granted for requests made after the 30-day window, for abuse of the service, or for purchases that have already been clearly consumed (for example, photos that were downloaded and used). We resolve disputes fairly and on a case-by-case basis.
